• Pickup & Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day pickup. Deliveries are typically completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.
• Tracking: All parcels are assigned a unique tracking number. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time using our Tracking page.
• Packaging: Please ensure your parcels are securely packed. Click Courier is not responsible for damage due to inadequate packaging.
• Restricted Items: We do not ship hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items as per government regulations. For a full list, see our Terms of Service.
• Failed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
